Dr. Cordes has over 18 years of healthcare and health tech executive leadership with a proven track record of building and scaling healthcare technology companies. She was recently appointed as CEO of DotCom Therapy, the leading teletherapy provider of speech, occupational, and behavioral therapy to schools, provider groups, and health systems.

A serial entrepreneur and investor, Dr. Cordes came to DotCom Therapy after a three year tenure as founder & principal at Value Prop Shop - a consulting firm exclusively working with venture firms and their health tech portfolio companies to strategically grown revenue, fundraise, and achieve market traction with an ROI-driven approach.


Her startup leadership career began in late 2012, when she joined healthfinch, a health tech company in Madison, WI. She served as the chief operations/commercial officer, overseeing sales, marketing and internal operations, where she grew revenue by 10X, the team from 3 to 33, and co-led fundraising of 8M of venture capital.

Previous roles include serving as the chief development officer at Cogent Health (subsequently acquired by Sound Physicians), where she reported to the CEO and brought in $16M of revenue in under 2 years.

Prior roles include serving as the director of strategic partnerships and managing director of the growth unit at Zynx Health.

Dr. Cordes began her career as a pediatrician and medical director for Providence Health and Services, where she oversaw several FQHCs in addition to providing care for her own patients.
