Sanaz Cordes, MD
Principal & Founder

Dr. Cordes has over 16+ years of healthcare experience, spanning an extremely rare skill set and guided by an entrepreneurial drive.  She has a proven track record of growing sales and revenue using a consultative sales approach to acquire large, enterprise-wide health system clients.  She has extensive experience working with venture firms to successfully drive fundraising rounds.

Sanaz joined at team of 5 employees at healthfinch, a young healthcare technology startup, in January of 2014, and built multiple departments  including inside and outside sales, marketing, physician evangelism, and internal operations/finance/compliance.  She helped grow the team to over 30 employees in 2 years, worked closely with the CEO to secure a large Series A, and drove a 10X revenue increase. A recognized clinical thought leader, Sanaz is invited to speak at numerous national conference and panels every year.

Prior to healthfinch, Sanaz began her career as a physician partner and administrator for Providence Health and Services – the sixth largest nonprofit health system in the country. She transitioned to healthcare technology at Zynx Health (a Hearst subsidiary), where she began as a physician product developer and then moved into roles including heading strategic partnerships & incubator company due diligence, and serving as the managing director of a business unit of sales, accounts, and regional medical and nursing officers.  At Cogent Healthcare she served as the Chief Development Officer, closing over $16M in total contract value in one year.

Sanaz completed her residency at UCI in California, medical school at UT Southwestern in Dallas, and a B.S. at Southwestern University in George, Texas.

Dave Paige
COO & VP of Technical Services

Dave is a senior EMR analyst with deep expertise in Epic applications.  Beginning his healthcare career as an Engineer and Technical Specialist at Epic, Dave spent over six years supporting implementation, ongoing optimization, and application management for many large health system customers.  Dave moved into consulting, where he continued to build his skill set by supporting customers through all phases of their EMR life cycle.  

Most recently, Dave rounded out his uniquely deep EMR expertise by leading EMR product integration for a healthcare technology startup. Dave received his Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering & Engineering Physics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Jeni Chang
Head of Commercial Operations

Jeni has over six years of experience in healthcare technology and services.  Her focus on building strong, agile, strategic plans and teams that enable scalable processes for growth allow her to successfully optimize quality, efficiency, and financial outcomes for clients.  

As a commercial operations leader, she has pioneered a nationwide launch and implementation of a customer retention program, designed innovative customer experience models, and provided training to clinicians, sales, and account managers.  

Additionally, Jeni has over ten years of experience as a business analyst, CRM expert, and account manager. Jeni received her degree in Biology and Genetics from Loyola University in Chicago.

Samantha Reynoso

Samantha has worked as a business analyst and CRM expert for several large clients over the past several years.  She has a deep understanding of CRM software – particularly the best practice strategy of implementing a meaningful, clean, and scalable data process to ensure  successful lead generation, decision maker engagement, and rapid campaign support for events and other sales efforts.

Daniella Echeverria
Graphic Design Consultant

Daniella is a UI and UX designer and illustrator with a knack for solving real life business problems.  She is an expert in graphic design, branding, user interface design, and printed materials.  Her visuals help tell a powerful story around the clients’ mission, value proposition, culture, and more.  Daniella has experience working with startups and young companies to establish brand recognition for market penetration.  She is a collaborative designer who takes the time to understand her clients in order to develop something truly unique and inspiring.

Karen Poulos
Marketing Manager

Karen is a marketing and customer success professional with over 8 years of in-depth knowledge in data collection, data analysis, and data management. Her vast skill set includes inbound marketing including blogging, infographic build, and research for brand dissemination content.  Karen also is a healthcare research expert working with data scientists to pull peer reviewed content to support clients' marketing and sales needs, including white papers, case studies, and ROI projections.  She rounds out her diverse skill set with experience in managing and building a successful client reference-and-referral program and delivering insight on market trends.
